“Radha!” Her mother called from the temple steps, “Come outside and play with the other children.” “I’m listening to Krishna,” she answered, softly, for so deep was the devotion in her heart, she could hear the soft, sweet melodious music from his flute, waltzing in the air. “Oh, Krishna, Oh Krishna,” she sang to him in her innocent, childish voice, as celebration of the Spring festival began in the village and beyond, the colors, the music, the dancing and gaiety as joy and happiness filled the air. It was the god she would worship, the god she so admired, that in her dreams she called his name and as she grew, the beauty and simplicity of Radha was bestowed upon her, so her young life was filled with all that was beautiful and true. She had been named after Radha-the companion who stands at Lord Krishna’s side and when she was just a baby, the first day her mother took her to the temple she had crept to the altar as worshippers chant his name and sat at his feet looking up at him mesmerised. The dark, godly prince whose divine smile so entranced Radha, the little girl sitting in the temple, she clasped her hands in prayers, uttering his name in reverence. God said to Abram, "Know for certain that your descendants will be strangers in a land that is not theirs, where they will be enslaved and oppressed four hundred years." Now when the sun was going down, a deep sleep fell upon Abram and behold, terror and great darkness fell upon him. In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls upon men, while slumbering on their beds, then He opens the ears of men, and seals their instruction. Instead i was thinking and praying to his youthful Krishna form. Now, those who believes that all our dreams are nothing but reflection of our thoughts, please explain this to me, why would i dream of Gopal, when i wasn't even thinking of his Gopal form. He even reassured me that everything's going to be ok in my life. Then i found myself playing with him, and tickling him. But guess what, the next morning at around 7.20 i saw Gopal in my dream, sitting right next to me, on my bed. Last year, my loved one was sick and i was praying to Krishna day and night (i was praying to the youthful krishna form and not his gopal form). Sometimes God reveals himself to us in dreams, sometimes in trance like state (samadhi) and sometimes in visions. Yes most of our dreams are of that nature. Those who are religious and spiritual in nature can never hold such thoughts. I would disagree with those who believes that dreams are nothing but reflection of our thoughts. It was a special gift for Nārada." -SB 1.6.20 purport It is not, however, possible for others to perceive directly the touch of the Lord during the probationary stage of regulative devotional service. The Lord was much pleased with Nārada Muni, and therefore the necessary strength was invested in him so that he could hear the Lord. One upon whom His mercy is bestowed can hear Him. And yet by His causeless mercy one can have suitable senses to hear Him or to speak to Him. "In the Vedas it is said that God is beyond the approach of mundane words and intelligence. A relevant purport from Srila Prabhupada: I've been advised by Sri Guru that these special moments can evaporate like camphor, and we will lose them if don't carefully keep them hidden. This he does mostly either in person or through his teachings, but also occasionally in dreams. He will appear first to us(long before Sri Krsna) to apply the salve of knowledge to our eyes( ajnana-timirandhasya), so gradually our blindness will go away. When Krsna's mercy becomes very thick, it will form a cloud and that cloud is Sri Guru. This means your senses are in the process of becoming spiritualized. You are fortunate to remember spiritual things while sleeping, instead of maya.
